4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide solely to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Display your portfolio data, analytics, and simulations within the Platform
  • Send price alerts and earnings notifications you have configured

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

  • Market data provider: your portfolio symbols may be sent to our market data provider's API to retrieve price and financial data.
  • AI features: if you use AI-powered features, documents and portfolio data you submit to those features are transmitted to a third-party AI model provider acting as a service provider on our behalf. We do not permit that provider to use your data to train its models. The identity of the AI provider will be disclosed in an update to this Privacy Policy before AI features are made available to users. If you do not wish your data to be processed by an AI provider, do not use AI-powered features.
  • Payment processor: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment card data is handled directly by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
  • Cloud infrastructure: the Platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Data is stored and processed within the United States.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

  • Disclaimer acknowledgment records may be retained after account deletion for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Support ticket records may be retained after account deletion for operational and legal purposes.
  • Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted.

7. Your Right to Delete Your Data

You may delete all of your account data β€” including portfolio holdings, accounts, transaction history, and alert configurations β€” at any time directly from the Help & Support page within the Platform. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you are unable to access the Platform or need assistance with data deletion, contact us at help@quantropic.com and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
